The Basque Gorria Pepper

The Basque Gorria chilli is found in only a few places around the world and yet it is held in the highest esteem by the culinary masters of both France and Spain. This particular chilli, like the Jalapeño, ripens from a dark green through to a vibrant red.

When they're totally ripened we pick them and sun dry them over the course of a few weeks, before making them into our fantastic Basque Gorria Chilli Powder.
